Opening an account
Minimum age: 18. The registration form has a checkbox to confirm this — false, and every transaction after is void. Checking local betting laws is your job too.
- One account per person. Also one per household, device, and payment method.
- Name, phone, email: must be real and yours.
- False details: account frozen, bets voided, balance held until resolved.
- Accounts are personal. No selling, transferring, or lending them out.
Account and login
Register with a phone number, set a password. Both are yours alone — actions from your account count as yours. Password compromised? Change it immediately.
Confirm phone and email quickly. It's how we reach you about a withdrawal, a security alert, or a complaint. Proof of ownership may be needed before a withdrawal.
Deposits and withdrawals
Balances, bets and payments: Turkish lira. Each payment method has its own minimum, processing time and limit — shown on screen at payment, not here.
- Deposit from your own name only. Third-party card or bank deposits may be returned, account restricted.
- Withdrawals return to the deposit method, where the provider allows.
- Balance is for play, not savings — no interest. Deposit-then-withdraw with no play may need an explanation.
- Payments can stay pending with the provider. We'll update you if so.
Bonuses and wagering
Each offer's own terms come first, ahead of the general text here. Applies to: welcome package, deposit bonuses, free spins, trial bonus, daily quests, sticker rewards. Enter promo codes before the related deposit.
Bonus funds and winnings become withdrawable only after wagering is complete. Repeat claims, minimal-risk wagering, or offsetting bets: bonus and winnings reclaimed.
Sports bets
- Bet locks in at acceptance, at the odds shown then. Odds change during confirmation? New odds apply.
- Settlement follows the organiser's official result. Result corrected, settlement corrected.
- Stake refunded: event cancelled, delayed too long, market wrong, odds clearly wrong.
- Score, clock, stats on-site are a guide only. Official record decides settlement.
Casino games
Games in the lobby, slots, live casino, instant games belong to the named studios. Each studio's generator decides the round. Neither side can change it once started.
Connection drops, tab closes, phone sleeps: round settles from provider records. Unfinished round is usually waiting when reopened. Round broken by a clear fault: voided, including any payout. Demo mode: no money either way.
Banned behaviour
- Multiple accounts, or playing someone else's.
- Bots, scripts, automated betting tools.
- Exploiting errors, duplicate bonuses, wrong odds instead of reporting.
- Chargebacks instead of complaints.
- Aggression toward support or other players.
- Under-18 use, or letting a child use your account.
Breach any of these: bets voided, bonuses reclaimed, account restricted or closed. Properly deposited funds not owed elsewhere are still returned.
Changes and closing your account
These terms can change. The version live on this page is current, effective on publication. A change won't apply retroactively to a bonus you're already wagering.
